This experience informs Talent Bender’s approach to legal practice support today.

Meet the CEO

Dewayne Jackson founded Talent Bender Inc. to bring structured, reliable technical support to legal professionals — informed by decades of experience across digital systems, online learning, and professional services.

His career began in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer for a web development startup, where he ensured digital projects met technical and client expectations. He later spent many years in higher education supporting large-scale learning management platforms such as Blackboard, D2L, and Canvas, working closely with faculty and administrators to manage systems, design courses, and support technology adoption.

Alongside his technology background, Dewayne developed experience in creative media and music production — skills that now inform Talent Bender’s approach to functional creative support for legal practices.

Dewayne is a Certified Clio Administrator and holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University, as well as a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami.
